Planning is a key to success

Most of the smaller local offices are moved on the same hourly rate as the residential moves. However, for offices larger than 4,000 sq.ft. we offer to schedule as visual estimate, or at least provide video or photo footage to plan your move ahead. Additionally, we strongly recommend you to inquire from your current and future landlords about their building’s requirements, such as liability insurance limits, elevator and floors protection, elevator and building access hours and loading docks availability. Finally, some offices must be moved after hours, or early in the morning. Let our booking agents know about your scheduling needs and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Newport Beach Movers are experienced in dis-assembly and re-assembly of office cubicles and complex multi-piece furniture desks. We bring all tools necessary for dismantling of cubicles, and provide ample packing materials to protect computer monitors, and printers. Also we can discard furniture that is no longer used to local recycling or donation facility. Finally, we provide free “Speed-Packs” – oversized cardboard boxes designed to hold large amounts of loose items, such as folders, table top periphery, etc.

Heavy Items and Machinery.If your office move involves relocation of large commercial printing machines, press mills, or gun safes, we will need as many details as possible in order to arrange for the team with proper qualifications and experience. We do not perform hoisting services, but can recommend our partner companies for such projects.
